I bought a new Iphone SE, and since purchasing it, all calls have gone directly to voice mail. I have gone through several solution attempts (checked all settings, updated system to most recent IOS, etc). Nothing works. Please help?
Are the calls showing up as missed calls in your call log?
If you do not have Do Not Disturb turned on, and they do not show up in your call log as missed calls, that means they are never getting to your phone to begin with.
Contact your cellular carrier.
