Deleting photo from iPhone
Does deleting a photo from my iPhone delete it from iCloud too?

Yes, iCloud is a sync service. If you delete a photo from your phone, it will be deleted on iCloud too
If you want to save space on your phone, Optimize iPhone storage:
- tap on Settings
- tap on your name/Apple ID
- tap on iCloud
- tap on Photo's
- select Optimize iPhone storage
