refund a payment

App Mojo.

I wanted to try a PRO version. The description stated that 3 days was free, but money was taken from my bank card - 39.99 $. The message did not indicate that it is impossible to choose 3 days for free, the problem is in the description. Therefore, I demand a refund. It’s not my problem, it’s problem of Mojo.

You are not speaking to Apple, this is a user to user community. 


We are unable to help with refunds, account issues or purchases

Try applying for a refund here, but there is no guarantee it will be refunded - Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple – Apple Support
