Face ID won’t activate on my iPhone XS Max

I’ve already restarted my phone and Face ID. I updated the phone and still will not “activate Face ID”

Try the steps in this article:

If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support


If it still does not work:

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
