Apple Music Song Fees

I have an Apple Music subscription (family), and I've had it for two years now. And whenever I've wanted to download a song either on my iPhone or off my MacBook there's been no charge per song. Now I'm seeing on Apple Music on my MacBook that there Prices listed next to each song or album, but not when I go into Apple Music on my phone. I made sure that i'm signed in on my MacBook and it shows the subscription as active. Also i tested downloading a song recently and i got billed $1.29 for it.

What gives?

Now I'm really confused.

On my Mac I open Music and I typically type in songs or artists into "Search". From there it asks me if i want to search "Your Library" or "iTunes Store". I've always gone into "iTunes Store" and pulled down songs or albums i've wanted at no charge. Now when i go in there i see the costs.

I don't see a "For you" or "browse" section on my Apple Music.
