Music App Crashes with Home Sharing

Hi,

I just did a clean install on the new iPhoneSE. iOS 13.6.1. Re-installed my apps and setup the network.

The Music App works fine when playing music off the iPhone. The moment I try and open Home Sharing the "loading circle" icon fills to 100%, then the Music App crashes. Every time.

MacOS Catalina running Music Library - Home Sharing turned on in System Preferences. I am on my home network.

Things I've tired to correct the problem:

I've done a clean install of iOS 13 (new phone)

I've done a hard restart of the iPhone

I've deleted the Music App and re-installed

I've signed out of iCloud and signed back in.

The Music App in iOS still crashes when I try to connect to my music library via Home Sharing. I just can't understand why this doesn't work.

Any help is appreciated.

I have this same problem. ios 13.6.1 iphone 6s and the music app crashes every time I try loading shared library, just as the library seems nearly completely loaded. Other pertinent info. The library is on a PC running Windows 10 home version 1909. I have a library of more than 1000 albums. Most recent attempt, I had the charger plugged in to insure that the music app wouldn't go to sleep while loading but the same thing happened. The loading icon worked it's way around from 12 o'clock all the way around past 11 o'clock and shut down. Did this twice in a row. It does seem to be an a problem with ios 13.6.1 because this never happened to me before. Help would definitely be appreciated.

The Music App on a 2020 iPad Pro 11" also crashes when selecting Home Sharing. The Music app must be broken in iOS.
