iphoto video no longer plays

I compressed photos and videos in 2013 on my Macbook using iphotos. Now I can no longer play the video on Windows Media Player, VLC or Quicktime.

When I try to play it, some videos play the first second of the video throughout the whole video time length. Meaning, it's an image for the 10 the seconds.


Does anyone know how I could fix the corrupted file?

I have tried converting the video but nothing seems to work :(

Currently using OS X Yosemite Ver. 10.10.5 on a Macbook Pro Mid 2010

iphotos 9.6.1

This is how I exported it:


This is the corrupted video from 2012. You can see the the image plays the entire 10 secs.



Here are screenshots of the videos I exported today using the same criteria.


I have used the same way to export the videos. The one I exported today plays and the one I exported in 2012 plays the same image for 10 secs.
