When you are buying at Apple.com you will be able to click "Get Started" at the main screen in https://www.apple.com/shop/buy-mac/macbook-pro/13-inch

as shown below

and if you don't click there, you will have another chance on the next screen that is presented after you click one of the large blue Select buttons in the above example.
