Can I gift a playlist?
I have created my playlist and I want to gift it to a friend. Can I do this?

No. The ability to gift an entire playlist was removed from the iTunes Store several years ago. (The instructions are still available online, but they no longer work, since there is no longer a "Gift" option in the menu.) Sorry.
Nowadays the only means to share a playlist is via Apple Music: Create and share Apple Music playlists - Apple Support
