I upgraded my iCloud storage to 50 gig, I have 24 gigs of pictures and videos, after backing up to iCloud it has only moved 5 gigs of my pics and videos. How can I back it all up like I want to??

Try signing out of iCloud and signing back in again, for some reason the system seems to think you have not yet upgraded to the 50GB package.

Did you also have adequate storage space on your device as well?
Yes, plenty of storage
Are you leaving the device plugged in to power and connected to WiFi to sync?
That might be the issue, I will check that tomorrow!
