upgrade RAM from 8 gb to 16 gb

I just bought a 2019 iMac 21.5 in. with 8 gb, but it is slow. I would like to upgrade to 16 gb. Where can I get it done (SF Bay Area) and how much would it cost?

Contact an Authorized Service Center to address RAM issues for your specific iMac, as per Apple : Install memory in an iMac - Apple Support

Also, at your own evaluation/risk, you may approach a third-party vendor OWC Computers.
