My iPhone 6 went dark, tried hard reset and plug into charger but I get nothing? What do I do?

It’s also possible that your 5 year old phone has died. If it doesn’t restart and doesn’t show a battery symbol that’s the most likely answer, unfortunately.

If a hard reset doesn't start the phone back up, may have to contact support..
