extending apple tv+ offer with more than one new device

We've purchased two apple TVs and a new iPhone. All three came with one year free of apple tv+. How do we get the free years to run in consecutively and not concurrently?

Offer cannot be combined with other free trials or offers for Apple TV+.
Only one offer per user or family (in case of Family Sharing), regardless of number of devices purchased.
