File associations changed from Excel to NeoOffice

When I updated my Mac Mini's OS from Mojave to Catalina, all my Excel files now open from NeoOffice by default. How can I change all my many Excel files' attributes back so that I don't have to use the Open With command every time I open an Excel file?

Mac mini, macOS 10.15

Open a Finder window and select (highlight) one of the files. Then use the File menu Get Info command. In the Open With section of the Get Info window, choose Excel and then click the Change All button.
