Why aren't my photo going to the icloud and off my phone?
Putting all your photos onto iCloud will not free up space on your iPhone.

Best you delete stuff you don't need or save stuff onto computer then delete.

I'm having storage issues with my iphone7, too many photo. It was suggested I put them in the icloud. OK, tried to do that and nothing is uploading. All my photos are still on my phone. What did I do wrong?
