Apple ID and iCloud problems

. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch         

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device.      

If necessary

Hard reset.        

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Restore to Factory setting.      

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.      

If the phone is new, you are entitled to 90 days of free telephone support from Apple. Try contacting them again.

Work through the screens to get an email or chat option.

if you have a desktop with the the latest iTunes please plug in you iPhone and reset via iTunes, or feel free to do a all system setting reset instead of restoring you phone to default factory. if issues still persist contact apple support.
