I can't log into itunes store

Hi, Ed, thank you for responding. It’s not a password problem. It’s on windows 8 PC. It says it’s accessing iTunes Store but nothing happens. This never happened before. Accessed it a couple weeks ago.

If it is a password problem, go to appleid.apple.com and click on "Forgot Apple ID or password" as shown below.
If it is a different problem, pls post the specifics.
