How do I free up space without deleting pictures I thought my iCloud would free up space it hasn’t and I have offloaded almost every app on my phone including google and itoons and deleted almost all my apps still full what can I do my phone won’t
How much iCloud space you have is irrelevant. iCloud space is used for back up and syncing. You need to go to Settings>General>iPhone Storage and see what's taking up all the room. You'll also probably see some suggestions on how to free up space.
