I want to change my region from UAE to Belarus cause I moved here. I can’t do it cause I have credit left on my account (0,95Drh). I can’t spend it either cause it’s not enough to buy anything from the store.
How can I zero my balance to change the region?
Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
