"A video error has occurrred

While trying to watch Bravo TV on my Apple TV 4, I get a message " A video error has occurred". What am I doing wrong? Thank you for your help and insight.

If the issue is with one app, then you may not be doing anything wrong. Possibly the app itself has issues. Possibly the back end of the content provider has (temporary) issues.


  • Force-quit the misbehaving app. Re-launch and try again.
  • If the issue persists, delete the misbehaving app. Re-download and try again.
  • If the issue still persists, contact the app developer to report the issue.
