I can't find the three-finger dragging option in the Accessibility icon

apple support tells me to go to Accessibility to enable three-finger dragging on my trackpad, but there's no option for that in Accessibility, or in Trackpad in System Preferences.


Anyone know where to enable this? My MacBook Pro is running OS Catalina.
