Live wallpapers not working

I have an iPhone 11 Pro and am on iOS 13.7 And when I try to put a Live Photo on my lock screen it becomes a still photo, any suggestions on how to fix?

Hello 12Dylan12,

It sounds like you are saying when you set a Live Photo as your lock screen it becomes a still photo. When you set a Live Photo as your lock screen, the photo is a still photo until you touch and hold the lock screen, then the image will show the action. I’m having the same problem. I’m selecting it as a live photo for both the Home Screen and Lock Screen but it does not move at all. Is there a bug with this? Or a better guide for us to follow to get the Live Photo’s moving?

Yes I know that, when I press and hold the screen the image does not move. I’ve tried using the Live Photo’s preloaded on the phone and they work Just fine but my personal Live Photo’s don’t
