Bluetooth connection

I have a pair of RHA TrueConnect earbuds. Just recently I found they failed to connect to my iPhone. I did a control test of the earbuds with my iPad and my wife's iPhone and they worked perfectly. That concluded that it might have to do with my iPhone bluetooth functionality. (note: I did a reset on the earbuds and set the bluetooth on/off on my phone but still not making both of them sync/work.)

(1) Delete the RHA TrueConnect earbuds from the bluetooth list on your iPhone.

Open Settings ➔ Bluetooth : Locate your earbuds in the list ➔ Tap on the "i" next to the name ➔ Forget this device.

(2) Force Restart your iPhone exactly as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

  • Press and quickly release Volume UP button
  • Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
  • Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).

(3) Pair your RHA TrueConnect earbuds again with your iPhone 11 Pro Max.
