Yes, and in order to remove it you will have to reset the password, or use account recovery to regain access to that AppleID. For obvious reasons, you cannot change anything about an AppleID without knowing the password.
I don't have a password for it and it will not let me change things because it keeps asking me to sign in
Did you try to recover the password using the links I posted?
