My iPhone 7’s battery health has dropped from 100% to 95% in just one month! I definitely know that this is abnormal. Could someone pls advise on this? Is this something related to hardware that I need to check?

While i'm writing this, the health has drastically dropped another 5% (now at 90%) and now there is this 'Important Battery Message' and it says that the battery's health is significantly degraded.
