How to find apps I had

i got new phone and mistakenly deleted all info. I restored it thru backup but app were not there. Is there a way to get the apps back?

you're signed in with the same Apple ID I assume?

To locate previously purchased/downloaded apps, just go to the App Store, tap your account icon in the upper right, tap purchased and you'll see a list of Apps. You can further isolate which ones are not installed on your phone with the 'Not on this iPhone' filter

Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books - Apple Support
