How to transfer data from old iPhone to new iPhone?

When you setup your new iPhone, it has the ability to transfer from your old phone to your new one. You just follow the directions when you are setting it up. If you have already set it up, then you can reset it to factory and start over again and when it asks if you want to restore from old phone, it will tell you how to do it. You basically move it by the old phone and they will start the process from there.
