I have a new MacBook Air (Retina 13" 2019)
I have tried many different options from support 1/2 and they want me to do a clean install, I don't have time for that. I saw in a post to try disabling the "Power Nap" function. Thats where I am upto.

Have you tried disabling Power Nap yet?
Open Activity Monitor in Utilities>Energy tab, sort on Preventing Sleep, any listed?

Sleep transition timed out after 180 seconds while calling power state change callbacks.
