iPhone XR shut off

Hey I have an iPhone XR that just shut off on me. Ive tried all the suggested things with rebooting, charging for an hour, or connecting to the iTunes and upgrade and nothing works. It shows the apple logo repeatedly when connected to the wall outlet and the restore image comes on but when I go to unplug the phone to connect to computer the phone shuts off again!!! I need help asap!!1

Click on the Contact Support link at the top right of this page to start the service problem, sounds like you have had a hardware failure. Keep in mind that not all Apple Resellers are also Apple Authorized Support Providers. so seeing you local retailer may not work. It would be odd to have a battery on an iPhone XR down to 80% but since you are in a boot loop you can't check it anyway so you can skip that.

Replacing the Battery:

Take it to your local retailer, and see if you can get a new battery. In the mean time, if you get it to power back on, check your Battery Health. Once it reaches 80% or below, then it is time for a new battery.

Verify your Battery Health:

Go Into: Settings > Battery > Battery Health > Check: Maximum Capacity

iPhone XR shut off
