Extend family sharing to a bigger family

We are 7 people in the family, I need to add 1 more to my family sharing. Is there any way to pay extra to add the 7th? If not then can I setup 2 family accounts with my account and organize both families?

Six is the limit currently. You can't be a member of more than one family at a time.
