I have OS X Yosemite. How do I upgrade to Catalina?

I have OS X Yosemite Version 10.10.5. in my Mc mini (late 2012) with 4 GB RAM and 1 TB hard disk. Please help me yo upgrade to Catalina

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and download Catalina.
