Hi apple!
I have recently gotten my iphone 11 pro max at m1 and received with a defect set. There is a defect glass dent at the top of the camera. Is there a way to do replacement. I gotten it last week and just take out the phone out of the box and saw the defect on the phone :(

To add on I bring the phone with me to any apple store and ask them for replacement? Just like that? Now it is hard to go to the apple store as they require booking slot and the available dates that I can choose is exceed the 14 days period

If you bought it from somewhere other than an Apple Store, contact them to find out how they handle returns.

Probably not but contact Apple and ask. Use the Contact Support link at the top right of every page of these forums.

You can do the math as well as I can.
Hope you can see the defect near the upper part of the camera outside, it's under the glass the defect.
You can take your phone to an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service provider. You can book an appointment on getsupport.apple.com or use the Apple Support app.

Well yes , if you purchased new, this is covered by warranty
If you're within 14 days of purchase, return the phone and get another one. Don't go through the warranty channel.

Yeap it's still within the 14 days window :) is it an hassle to get a replacement?
To me will it is a low chance to get a new replacement,must I register myself for apple care? M1 told me that they don't do anymore return policy 😞 possible to return the phone to apple?
