Hey OrangeSun,
Sounds like you're trying to determine when the iPhone uses it's microphone.
It would use it anytime you attempt to perform an action which requires the use of a microphone. This would include things like initiating Siri, making phone calls, recording voice memos, recording videos, and many more.
