Deleted Trash

How can I recover documents deleted in the Trash?

If they’re in the trash, just open the trash folder (click on the trash can in the dock) and drag them out.

If you’ve emptied the trash, they’re gone unless you have a backup (e.g. Time Machine) from which to recover them.
