updates on app store

I can't update my applications. When I try to update, it says "Pages cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID." I bought this MacBook several days ago but it says these kind of things. What should I do?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

Get updates for preinstalled apps on Mac -

And if that doesn't work for you, the work around is to delete the apps and redownload them. You will get the newest versions.
