Hi, I recently had to make an apple care appointment through Best Buy and it resulted in them needing to send me a replacement phone. I did not do the express replacement, on average how long will it take for me to get the phone? thank you in advance!

You need to work with the Best Buy store where you requested the replacement device. No one here (we're fellow Apple-product users) can tell you when it will be shipped to you.
