I cancelled a subscription but it is still showing up on my phone. There doesn't seem to be any confirmation that the cancellation has gone through. Suggestions? Thoughts? Thanks.

Do you see an expires date or a renew option? Cancelled subscriptions aren't removed from the subscription list.
