I recently just logged out my iPhone from messages and facetime on iphone that is linked to icloud and want to delete the messages from my macbook. Will my messages still get deleted even if i have logged out?

If you are syncing messages using iCloud, the messages on the phone won't be deleted until you sign back into Messages on the phone. If you aren't syncing Messages to iCloud, the messages won't be deleted from the phone even if you do sign into Messages on the phone.
