Hey team i have an old i phone can you please help to rest my password i have tried to follow the steps but with no luck.

If you can't get that to work (it can take a few times to get it to work and you MUST follow the directions EXACTLY), then take it to your Apple Store or Apple Authorized reseller for help. You MUST know your Apple ID and Apple ID Password.
