iMessages storage in iCloud

I am trying to make sure I do not run out of iCloud storage and looked and saw I have 48GB of messages stored in iCloud.

As a videographer, I know most of this storage is probably videos I sent over text so it can be deleted. But when I try to review large attachments, only the ones stored on my device show up (2-3 GB on iPhone and 10GB on Mac).

Is there a way to see everything individually stored in iCloud and individually delete messages and attachments from there to free up storage in the cloud?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

No from iCloud, only from within the Messages app.
