Linking Guest order to Apple ID

I know this problem seems to resolve itself after some time but I was wondering on the timeline. Does this take a few business days or is it a 24-48 thing?

Based on what you mentioned, it sounds like you are adding a guest order to an Apple ID and looking for the time it takes to update. If this is correct, there wouldn't be an estimate available here, but you may be able to get help where you are when you Contact Apple Support.
