Install the latest macOS that was installed on your Mac.

Can you do me a for & under the Apple icon at to left>About this Mac & click on the OS version & tell us what Build # is after the OS version
It starts up and goes 3/4 of the way on the boot up and just stops
Yes it still does even in safe mode
