Full screen Caller ID

I just updated to the new 14.0.1. and my contact photo ID is a small circle not fullscreen. how do i make it fullscreen? Thanks!

If I understand the question correctly, this is the default under iOS 14.

You can change it back to the old style via Settings -> Phone -> Incoming Calls and change from 'Banner' to 'Full Screen'

I saw that in settings and switch it from “banner” to “full screen” and nothing has changed. It’s still a bubble photo when someone calls. Is there something else I need to do to make it fullscreen when my contacts call? Thanks for your help!

My customer has the same issue. We have it set up to full screen but it still shows as the small bubble on the a moving banner
