After IOS 14 update my workouts on Apple watch are not syncing with I phone

After IOS 14 update I am facing the problem. My workouts are not showing properly in health app for instance I did 0.8km walk and 70 minutes yoga. it did not appear in the health app but when I check on watch it is showing.

Fitness app old version was more user friendly.

I though IOS 14.0.1 will solve the issue but problem still exist.

Hello Imranakram1324,

It looks like you're having an issue with your workouts completed on your Apple Watch syncing with the Fitness app on your iPhone.

First, let's ensure that your Apple Watch is updated to watchOS 7.0.1. You can check on your Apple Watch app on your iPhone by going to My Watch > General > About > Version. If you're not updated yet, let's have you do so as shown here: Update your Apple Watch

If you're updated to watchOS 7.0.1 and iOS 14.0.1 then let's try restarting both your iPhone and Apple Watch as guided through the steps below.

Restart your iPhone

How to restart your Apple Watch

Additionally, check out this article for help with getting Activity synced: If you're missing Workout GPS routes or Health data after updating to iOS 14 and watchOS 7

This should help to clear that up for you, but feel free to reach back out to the Community if you need further help.

Take care!
