Vertical green line and pink/green flashes on the screen when opening front-facing camera since updating to iOS 14

Hello! Since updating to iOS 14 (and later, to iOS 14.1), I've been seeing a single vertical green line on the screen whenever I open my front-facing camera. It stays on the same spot and is barely noticeable, but it's there. More recently, though, I've also been seeing pink and green flashes, and they are more prominent than the green line. They even show in the pictures/videos I take using the front camera, but they never appear when I use the rear-facing camera, or any other app/screen on my phone (an iPhone XS).


I've spoken with support and have run multiple diagnostics tests, all of which came back negative for hardware issues. I have also tried backing up and restoring my phone via iTunes, but that didn't fix anything. I did not have this issue prior to the update and was wondering if anyone else was having a similar problem? If so, were you able to resolve it?
