What are the iOS versions on the other iPhones? Are they iOS13? If so or not, I'd say it's a bug in iOS14 in respect to your iPhone's specs. Apple barely reads these forums as it is on their own time. So, report this bug to Apple so they know what is going on. The more they hear of it, the more they will know what is going on and what needs to be fixed.

How to Report it:

1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
3. Proceed from there as necessary

You cannot add a bank account you can add a card. Set up Apple Pay - Apple Support

Have you tried?

Settings>Wallet & Apple Pay>Add Card

you can add credit cards there if you’re in an approved country. I suspect you’ll see something very different if your country isn’t (a message etc).

Also not all credit cards can be added. I have two myself that tell me they don’t work with Apple Pay (it’s the bank’s choice). So if you can try a second or third card, see if that maybe a possibility.

Check your Apple ID region to make sure it is correct. If it is correct, you may need to select the same region again. (Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support)

Apple Pay is a contactless payment method for your current cards. Can you clarify your issue please?
