Mac crash or slow startup

Good morning,

For a few days and even after updating to macOS Catalina Ver. 10-15.7 (19H2), I continue to have problems restarting the mac. In practice, since I enter the password it takes from 3 minutes to 5 minutes and sometimes I have to restart it several times because it gets stuck with a full bar.
