Apple TV free year trial not working.

Hi, I have purchased an iPhone 11 Pro Max today. I have tried to find my free trial but cannot. I have once previously used a free week trial. Not sure if this is why. I have tried logging into tv.Apple.com and seeing if it’s there but it is not.

is there anything else I can do to redeem my free trial?
