Not authorized to play songs I purchased?
Rest of album is fine but says my device isn't authorised for two of the tracks. Authorising makes no difference!

An Extended Version?:
It may be an extended version that you are seeing, and you just purchased the regular version.
Contact Apple Support:
Or, perhaps, it is a glitch in the system. I recommend you contact Apple Support. They will see this from their side, and will let you know what is going on here.
Why the Wait?:
It may take a while to get through to Apple Support. And that makes sense because many are at home at the moment working out of the house or taking classes at home (due to the Coronavirus Pandemic), thus giving them more time to contact Apple Support. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

Delete and redownload the songs which won't play; if you get told that you'll be charged again, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.

While this is caused by a glitch, no part of it exists on Apple's servers, so contacting them won't be useful unless someone needs to pay for the redownload.

Based on Personal Experience:
I’ve come across the issue. And being told it’s a glitch in the system - they upgrade my account’s purchase to what it should be. So, that’s why to give them a call. They’ll see this from their side of the call and will let the user know what may be going on here.
It’s just a thought - and it’s based on personal experience.
This isn't a case where someone's gotten the wrong version of an album or other item; it's that some of the tracks got corrupted during the download process. Apple doesn't have any access to files on someone's computer unless it's brought in.
