I received an email from iCloud re updating my billing info.
Is this one of yours or spam?

Did the e-mail addresses you with your name?
If it's Dear Client, Dear Customer, Dear Apple User, Dear your-email-address, or something similar..... it's 100% scam.
It says
‘Dear Sue A.
On 9/10/2020 we attempted to charge you for your 200GB iCloud storage plan but there is a problem with your payment information’
